  • Extensive experience handling investigation and resolution of contract and regulatory compliance problems at national laboratories and DOE cleanup sites
  • Analysis and resolution of subcontract and supply chain problems and disputes
  • Investigation and defense of civil fraud problems
  • Detailed claim development at various DOE environmental clean up sites on matters involving contract, construction and fee issues
  • Substantial background assisting companies on contract  transition issues for  both national laboratory and environmental cleanup contracts
